Worst GP I have ever had. I have had three appointments in the last year for different issues. Each was a battle to get as you are given a consultation by phone and then the decision is made to see you or not (more often not). On one occasion I had tests. I never got the results back. When I phoned on three separate occasions I was told by a receptionist that the results were back from the hospital but the doctor did not have time to look at them. Several months later at another appointment I asked about the results as I was still suffering effects - the doctor would not give me a clear answer as to what the issue was and implied that the appointment was not the time to ask this.

Having been a patient of this surgery for the past 28 years I would like to express my appreciation to ALL of the staff particularly Debbie the Receptionist, Dr Will Reader + Dr Tracey O'Leary. As patients we often forget how difficult it can be for surgery staff to provide the care we need and I feel it important to express our thanks + respect to those that give us great service and care despite being under pressure and sometimes resistance whilst they carry out their role.
